Hey There! You may have been following along for awhile. Or maybe you're just stopping by to check things out. Either way - welcome! If you're looking for a Realtor in the Denver area, I'd love to help. And if you're just curious about the market, stick around! I love this role and love sharing information with you to help educate and guide on this (sometimes wild!) real estate market!
I grew up in Cody, Wyoming but I've been in the Denver area since 1992. You can find me now in Parker. I've lived in Ponderosa Hills for the past 14 years and in Kiowa for 10 years prior. The rural areas of Douglas and Elbert Counties appeal to me. If you like horses, donkeys, goats, dogs and cats - we'll have a lot in common! You'll see some occasional posts with their antics.
The first 20 years of my career life was in Corporate America leading technology teams. So I'm a bit of nerd. And definitely a data and tech geek. All of that background has served me well as a Realtor. You'll find me leveraging technology to showcase and market your properties, using systems to make sure no details are overlooked and analyzing the market to always guide you to the best purchase or sale price.
You may have noticed my company name of "Extra Mile Homes". That's a play on words for a couple of reasons. Whether lending an ear to the tough situation you're navigating, guiding you through a tricky negotiation, spending weeks, months (even years!) with you until you find your dream home. And I also drive a lot. Like a LOT. I've sold homes from Berthoud to the Springs ... Conifer to Agate and everywhere in between! Townhomes, condos, land and horse properties. First time buyers to downsizing executives.
